What Kaiyu keeps, and what it doesn't.

Kaiyu doesn't run analytics or advertising trackers on its public pages.

Travelpayouts, our affiliate partner, loads a small script on these pages that turns travel links into affiliate links. Travelpayouts states that this script doesn't collect personal data.

Links to partners

When you follow a link to a partner such as Viator, the partner may set its own cookies so it can credit Kaiyu with your booking. Its privacy policy applies on its site, and you book and pay there.

The prototype

The trip planner is open only to invited testers, and the trips in it are invented.

Your trips, preferences, settings and points balances are kept in your own browser.

What you ask the concierge is sent to Anthropic's Claude to answer it. Searches send the places and dates involved to the service that answers them, such as LiteAPI for hotel rates or seats.aero for award seats. Photos come from Pexels.

Before launch

This is a short notice for the prototype. A full privacy policy, reviewed by a lawyer, will be in place before Kaiyu opens to the public.
